Dominum Gladii reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

2. Platform Nature and Scope

Dominum Gladii operates as a curated digital commerce platform that organizes products into thematic dominions for discovery and convenience.

Dominum Gladii:

  • Does not manufacture products

  • Does not operate shipping, logistics, or fulfillment services

  • Does not guarantee product availability, outcomes, or suitability

Products are sourced and fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers, primarily through Zendrop and its supplier network.

3. Third-Party Fulfillment and Suppliers

All orders placed through Dominum Gladii are fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers.

Accordingly:

  • Manufacturing, handling, shipping, and delivery are the responsibility of the supplier

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees

  • Product variations may occur due to supplier processes

Dominum Gladii is not liable for supplier-side delays, defects, customs issues, or fulfillment errors beyond the remedies explicitly stated in the Refund & Returns Policy.

4. Curated and Vetted Language

References to “curated,” “vetted,” or “selected” products indicate that items are chosen from supplier networks based on internal criteria, platform standards, and supplier performance data.

Such language does not constitute:

  • A warranty

  • A guarantee of quality or performance

  • An assumption of supplier liability

5. Magic Wand & Intelligent Q&A Features

Dominum Gladii provides AI-assisted tools, including the Magic Wand and Intelligent Q&A, designed to support product exploration and decision-making.

These tools:

  • Are provided for informational purposes only

  • Do not constitute professional, medical, legal, or technical advice

  • Do not guarantee accuracy, outcomes, or suitability

  • Rely on user input and available data

Any reliance on information provided through platform tools is at the user’s sole discretion.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Use the platform lawfully

  • Refrain from misuse, interference, or unauthorized access

Dominum Gladii reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property
